Joel Parker - Principal
Joel has been consulting sales teams and leaders since 2005. In 2013 he formed his second company in this field, Teak Leadership Group, to focus on serving a broader client base in these areas. Joel is from Oklahoma and graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1992.
Joel has decades of experience in entrepreneurship, business, sales and leadership as a small business owner and consultant. He has also worked in the large corporate world as a sales specialist, a Sr. Sales Analyst and a Sales Manager.

Mike Melchert - Principal
Mike joined Teak Leadership Group as a Principal focusing on networking and client services. Mike is from Oklahoma and graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1986.
Mike has decades of experience in business, sales and leadership as a small business owner. Since 2010, Mike has been involved in real estate as an agent and investor and he also works with and trains entrepreneurs in growing successful businesses.
